Another (short lived, but HIGHLY collectible) action figure series would be to reintroduce The Outer Space Men (along with Major Matt Mason-hint, hint)! These were released by Colorforms (a Mattel unit, I believe). A second wave of these figures were planned but never actually released (except some extremely rare prototypes)!

I actually haven't heard of The Outer Space Men toys before and may I ask a question:
In which year were these outlandish-looking figures released?
After looking at that picture Colossus Rex looks like dropping his mace (The artist's mistake; the mace is supposed to be in Colossus Rex's hand).
