About 45 minutes. Lined up at 9:25 and got my items at 10:10. Tried to pick up on Thursday but was nuts and they only had 2 people working when I went there. The service, unfortunately, sucked as it does here on sale day. At least I got my items at the con after, as usual, the website couldn't handle sale days. Bought two subscriptions so I don't have to really visit the site anymore for the most part thankfully.
Was 5th or 6th in line on Thursday morning, so the wait was only about 10-15 minutes once they opened, in my case. I got there at 9:30, was out by 10:15. Picked up 1 Starro set, 1 Plastic Man, and 1 Orko.
I also went on Friday I was quick & fast for me also. Around 10 minutes tops.

My wait was about 2 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I hate to say it but thank you Mattel for doing this. The last two years waiting in line for Mattel toys was a pain in the ***. I hope you guys keep doing the pre sale.
I was is in the line about 1 hour and 45 mins. I showed a little after 2PM on Thursday and was almost at the cutoff point until I got my preorder items.
