After reading what you posted about SDCC Pre-sale Vouchers, I'm glad you guys are doing this for those who want a refund, but it doesn't answer my question on why I was taxed for the vouchers when my friend who lives 10 minutes away from me didn't. I understand if he lived in another state but he doesn't. I don't want a refund of the vouchers. If you don't have an answer to my question, then I think you should refund just the tax to those who got charged tax.

We are legally bound to charge sales tax depending on where the customer lives, so there won't be any refunds unless you were mistakenly charged. I have already called and talked to a rep about this. He said wrote up a report about it and I will get an email when they find an answer. I called them up last week and I still haven't received any emails. So I'm still waiting on a response. I understand that I was charged tax which I'm fine with, but not charging tax to others who live near and around me does not make any sense. If they got charged tax like they should have, then I wouldn't be complaining about it.

Hey Eve, sure. My order number is 7108851118. Now I just picked up my toys today and brought this to the attention of the lady that pulled my order. She said she would find out about it as well, but I don't know how I would be able to follow up on that with her. Anyway, I hope you can help me with this. Thanx.
