Are SDCC Exclusives AFTER the Con?

We know that Mattel will have a few of the toys from SDCC for sale on the website after the con closes (Orko [a different version, I know], Plastic Man, and Starro), but what about the rest?

Will any of the others, if there is any remaining stock, be available for sale on the website later? There are several that I really would like to get but, sadly, my convention budget has been drained with both Botcon and Otakon.

I doubt that the SDCC only exclusives like Orko, Starro set, Plastic Man, and Venkman will have any leftovers after the con. Those are the ones that speculators will be buying up the most since they won't be available on mattycollector.

The con figures have a set number which is seperate from the amount allocated to the online store for after the con event.

El Far is completely correct on the Orko issue also as the Orko/adam two pack for sale at SDCC is a different one to that on sale online at the Matty store.

You can buy the SDCC items online on August the 2nd.

best wishes

Will the DC themed Polly Pocket "Dressed For Justice" set be available online or are those only going to be at Comic-Con?

So, does that mean that Citizen Ghost Venkman will be available on mattycollector? Because I keep getting different information on this and I'd like to know if I need to budget for eBay!

will we have a complete meltdown like we did during the she-ra sale? Will people still be able to access the the hidden back door server at DR? I hope you made enough and are ready to handle the traffic. Specifically the transaction server which constantly keeps crashing. Also is there a way for you to have it such that once you add the item to your cart its your but expires after 1 hour to give oyu time to check out?

The she-ra sale i had to go through 4 times because the transaction server crash on me each time and in the end i didn't make it.

Maybe you can divert international traffic to a later time, reduce the quantity purchased. The key is to be fair to everybody, not just a few scalpers. really beyond 3 , only a scalper needs more. If they want more they can pay the extra shipping.

Anyway who am i kidding, i'm just screaming at a wall.

Oh yeah, because we intenational buyers would be more than happy to let all the Americans get their figures first so we miss out altogether and then have to pay MORE on eBay for them!

Bloddy 'ell, it's bad enough we're not going to be able to get certain GB/RGB figures because they're American TRU exclusives and now you want us to miss everything we CAN get in preference to people who can pop down their local shops and get them? On yer bike laddy!

Incidentally, not only scalpers need more than three; some international buyers buy for themselves and their friends to save on the rediculous US postal rates! If there are two of you and you want one to open and one to keep MIB, that's four right off. Multiply that by five people and you've got your ten limit.

For once I hope someone from Mattel reads this and doesn't take any notice of this joker!

well said, we international buyers pay just as much as you, but even more in postage, its not fair to all to exclude others just so you don't have to pt up with a little bit of slow down on a server

Toyguru said a few weeks ago it wouldn't since it's a different brand of Mattel than the mattycollector products.
