Hoping someone can help me out, I purchased the Plastic Man & Starro at the Mattel Store Booth early afternoon Friday of the Con. I did not receive any extra bags containing the Plastic Man suitcase or the Starro Spores. I had assumed they were inside the outer packaging but I am beginning to get worried since my husband thinks we didn't get them by an accident.
The cashiers were the ones handing them to the customers after they paid. They were in little baggies and not in the boxes. Sorry to say but I think you are out of luck . I had to remind the guy behind me to get his extras when the cashier didn't hand him anything. I'm sure it's too late to do anything now.
Another issue, especially depending on when in the afternoon this was, is that they may have already been out of the suitcases and Starros. I am not sure when those ran out, but I know Plastic Man sold out late Friday, so I would expect the suitcases sold out much earlier.

When you purchased them the exclusive suitcase and spores most likely ran out. Mattel stated that these would be available only while supplies lasted. That there would be less suitcases and spores than Plastic Man's and the Starro set on hand.
