What the TJ Maxx and Marshalls sightings for all of these 3 packs means is that retail orders were WAY down, or even cancelled, for these later waves of 3-packs. Since you can still find many of the first wave of 3-packs on various store shelves it's not a surprise that the retailers didn't want to bother with more of them.

So what likely happened with the Dr. Light/Ravager and Heatwave/Trickster sets is that they were offered to all the retailers and Wal Mart, Target and TRU likely took a pass. K-Mart may have ordered some and then the rest were sold to the discount retailers...

It's the same reason most of the JLU Cheetah and Batman Beyond 3-packs ended up at places like Burlington Coat Factory. When the big stores won't buy them you have to sell them somewhere.

Ok so I just scored another DR Light 3 pack anybody want to trade ? I am looking for some pretty common DCIH stuff and the newest JLU singles Mr Terrific,Superman red and blue and Ultraman. I need alot more so hit me up to trade!
