Awesome! Aquaman has his original YELLOW gloves (as he did in B&B 28) and Wonder Woman looks old school...I'll have to watch the video again to check her boots...they'd better be the lace-up boots. I love the little Starros and the BIG Starro looks like a bendy??? He also looks like he's big enough to cover an adult's face! AWESOME!!!

It sounds like this will by on Matty after the show. The show exclusive part of the set is a bag full of Starro face-huggers that go with the 6 inch DCUC line. So the set comes with a Starro, 5 figures, Infinite Heroes scale face-huggers, and extra 6-inch scale face-huggers.
And since I'm only collecting Batman Infinite Heroes these days, but all of the DCUC line, for me, this isn't the best news. I'll have to buy this set just to get the exclusive face-huggers, and then sell the set on ebay or some such.
Anyone buying this who doesn't want the 6-inch scale face-huggers? I'll chip in toward the cost, as all I'd want are the DCUC accessories.
I think the only face huggers are the 6" scale; I saw none in the clips online today for the smaller figures. THe only one I saw on a figure was clipped to an as yet unreleased 6" modern Hal Jordan.
That said, this old timer loves the classic nod to the original JLA appearance. And if J'onn has his Silver Age browless forehead, each of these figures is actually worth having on its own, as we don't have these distinct and very legitimate versions yet: Pre-shoulder pads Hal, Aquaman, long shorts and sandals WW, and non-dying Barry Flash (they haven't released a regular Barry Flash with the newer body, right?). Give J'onn a classic head and it's basically five "new" figures. Add in a pretty well scaled Starro (looks like soft foam or rotocast, maybe?) and this is the best DC figures set Mattel has put out.
I'm not too bothered by the con only face huggers, as they really don't go with the Infinites line or this incarnation of the JLA, anyway. They'd be neat to have, but aren't another Gleek in terms on being needed here.

I just came on board with this line in the past month and I am loving it, not like but love. I especially love how the newer DCIH figures are getting the new V2 and V3 articulation. You know the V3 body has 22 POA and four of those POA are hidden. The females need that full love too Mattel. The V3 body has the same posability as old ML as well as HML and GI Joes. V3 can hold it's own in posing with Streetfighter and DCUC. The V3 body has already surpassed the HMU body for posability and it's cheaper. The line is starting to look more comic and not cartoon as in JLU cartoon. The newer DCIH figures with the V2 and new V3 body looks great and to me more compatible size wise with the DCUC C&C figures; Giganta, Metallo, Chemo, Imperiex and Brimstone, and to me makes more sense. I really hope I can get a few of these Starro sets.
Why is everyone under the impression that the little Starro's go on the DCU figures? It wouldn't make much sense crossing figure lines like that. I've rewatched AotS several times and it looks TO ME like the little Starro's are on the GL from the IH set. If they did go with the 6 inch line then everyone would b!tch about not having a C&C Starro to go with them. That said, it would be just like Mattel to make the "extra" Starro's a SDCC elusive. Here we go again.

But, with the face huggers, you could do this
sigh....just makes me crazy, that for doing these little cheap things (like this and the Plastic Man suitcase) which ARE REAL COOL, Mattel decides...yea, and "we'll allow Scal-por and his buddies to make a ton of money off this" instead of making them available to the fans...I mean, it's not like Mattel makes much off of the exclusives. Why don't they want to cut themselves in for a little money?
(THAT said, that the JLA has been Silver Age'd, makes this worth it, face-huggers or no...just would be happier WITH the face-huggers!)
**Just re-release Gentleman Ghost with mini-Atom and Giganta piece. Thank you! It is not complete just doing the Gentleman Ghost!
