Personally, I like First Flight GL, Commisioner Gordon, Scarecrow, and Brain.
Worst: Gorilla Grodd!

I haven't been too impressed by many. Some are spot on, some just come off awkward. I really think they did a great Animal Man and Major Force (although his legs snapped). I never thought I would get those. Hawkman is in dire need of a resculpt, maybe Martian Manhunter too.

I also think Grodd looks like a McDonald's Tarzan toy, oh well, at least we got one I suppose!

I haven't been all that impressed with DCIH sculpts. Commissioner Gordon is good, as is Hal Jordan Green Lantern. I like the updated Batman sculpt (the articulation is way better than that of the original). The Batman that came with the Public Enemies 3-pack is terrible! The cape is attached to the figure weird and it makes him look like he has these 80s shoulder pads. I tried working on mine by removing the cape and re-attaching it with Crazy Glue, but he still doesn't look right.

Yeah, overall these figures are leaving me kinda cold.

The best IH so far is Mr terrific. There`s no ther figure that could be compared to it.

Wow, no love here. The best sculpt to date with detail and paints is Dr. Light. I can't take my eyes off this guy, he is what we should have started out with and this line would still be going strong. Second is Deathstroke.

Yeah, they never really got a good female body to work off of.

The first was too busty and hippy, the second too scrawny. And they never figured out how to connect legs so the female could sit but not look like she had a jockstrap (as prototypes looked to me)
