Now that the line looks to be cancelled/suspended, it could at least continue as mattycollector.com exclusives Team Packs. I would sugest an All Star Comics pack:
Everyone think that the Brave and Bold set is ultra-cool, so why not give it a try?
Have you heard it is canceled? I hope not, I heard from comic con they are going to continue, by pumping it full of Green Lanterns to support the movie. Hopefully squeezing other characters in too.
There will obviously be retailer interest with a summer blockbuster providing media support, so I have no doubt that we'll see Green Lantern figures in this scale. How much and exactly what we'll see will be determined by the level of that retailer interest, though.

If sales are good with the GL movie 4" line, Mattel might follow the Hasbro model, mixing in comic based figures in the same style as we've seen with Wolverine and Iron Man (and as we've been told we'll see with Cap and Thor). It would likely start with the GL characters, but it would be a foot in the door to expand it beyond that, as they are doing with the Action League line right now (started with just Brave & Bold, but it's now moving beyond that).
I think there's still a market for this scale in DC figures. Mattel started with a bad model with Infinites: figures that were lackluster, and, in a surprising switch, not enough major characters in the mix to initially support the line (much as Kenner did with their Man of Steel line). The more recent figures have been a vast improvement over the first offerings, but they may really need to go back to the drawing board and start over. I don't think Infinites can be saved as a line right now; Mattel said it was up to retailers, and although Target still has a slot for them in the latest reset, I'm not seeing any signs of support from TRU or Walmart (a lot of folks have reported they can't find it at their Wallys, and none in my area have carried it for a long while. Another a little further away used to, but now has also dropped it). With the GL movie behind it, they could probably justify the cost of making some brand new bodies and eventually moving into a brand new line.

One of the two closest Wal-Marts to me just restocked with multiple cases of the latest wave, so they're absolutely still carrying the line. Most of the stores around me only have older figures, though, so they may have only ordered enough for the locations with the highest sales in boys' toys.

Probably why some areas like mine don't even have space for them; we have enough sales for stuff like DCUC (which all of my stores are carrying now, thank goodness), but not for Infinites or B&B (which also vanished around here, but some are reporting in other Wally locations).

A few of the Targets around here don't even carry them. Some have them overflowing into JLU space, but a few don't even have them on their planogram. The two Wal-Marts I check most frequently never stopped carrying them, but only the one restocked with new product.
And honestly, that kind of inconsistency is one of the reasons why I don't even like looking for toys at Big Box stores.

If they could see enough fan interest, they could release some team packs thru mattycollector.com. Now, I would like to know, who, like me, would really like to get some of these team packs?
A JSA pack would be mice if it had Golden age Green Lantern and Golden Age Flaxh in it. Other than that I would love to see more green lantern related packs. Just no more glowing figures.
Matty's DCUC line has given me super powers. I am now "SUPER CHERRY PICKER"!!!

The Starro set is just incredible. I would DEFINITELY buy more sets like this. Obviously they wouldn't be as elaborate but it is definitely a step in the right direction as far as the 3 3/4 inch line is concerned.
