Well add me to the list. My K-Mart DCIH order just arrived...Not the Parallax or Renegade sets I actually ordered. Just a Commish Gordon/SWAT team set and Flash/Weather Wizard/Mirror Master set. So I called and they issued me a call tag for UPS to come get it. And they credited our account. They asked if I wanted to reorder it, but I passed saying I didn't want to have to call them again in another week with more wrong merchandise.

i ordered last week, site said it was in stock and ready to ship, got an email confirmation and 2 days later they cancel with no reason, call them up they say it is out of stock. I'm not chasing these at kmart, walmart is bad enough. Kmart hunting requires a chemical shower afterwards. I don't need it from them THAT bad.

Perhaps this is for the best as i decided that no way am i paying $14.99-$16.99 for one figure i.e Renegade Nightwing. Already have batwoman and robin from an expensive 6 pack. As much as i want animal man not getting him either for just one figure. In fact any pack that just has one new figure is not worth the money. DCIH is worthless if the figure uses V3 articulation.

I picked up sets 13-18 today at my local K-Mart, They also had DCUC figures! No Variant Dead Man though. All the 3 packs pictured on the back I got today, But I'm missing #15 so which one is that?

I don't think I ever got the Commish.

No k mart around these parts so I guess I am out of luck. I do hope to find the Paralax set somewher eventually.

Our K-Mart is one step up from a thrift store, (You can't find ANYTHING), but I'm going thursday again to both Target, and the Kmart to see if I can unearth both these and the new Iron Man 2 figures.

Are these Kmart exclusives ?

I don't believe they are K-Mart exclusives, just looks like they got them in first. Or other store like Target passed on them. So it might be your only option right now.

The Ironman 3 pack is however a K-Mart exclusives and I have only seen a Price tag of $27.something on the shelf. As to any clue when they come in? I have no idea.

I'm not sure what K-mart has gotten from Mattel lately, but I struck out completly there today, and the Scalpers here in town grabbed every Iron Man 2 figure in sight (I'm headed to Target tomorrow).

I know when the line first came out the larger K-Mart here on the coast had a ton of them while other retailers had little, but now it seems like other retailers have started getting the line.

I'm headed to Target now, and then it's off to Toys R Us for some IRON MAN 2 figures.

And to let everyone know....try amazon (there's more than a couple of single carded new Infinite Heroes in the toys and games section on Amazon.

Is the Harbinger 3 pack shipping in the case with the Renegade 3 pack?

Found a Kmart here that had one of each of the new three packs.

Good to know, I don't want to have to pay ebay prices for any DCIH stuff.

I cant believe you guys are finding the Nightwing "Renegade", Parallax, and harbinger 3 packs. I personally havent even seen Renegade/Robin/Batwoman on ebay yet.

It really really really sucks that I dont have any Kmarts around here. I really want the Paralax set. If anyone finds an extra please let me know. I would be willing to make a nice trade for it.

I found 1 each of the Parallax 3-pack, Animal Man 3-pack, and Harbinger 3-pack this week at K-Mart. They didn't have any Renegade Nightwing 3-pack. If I go by there again AND they actually restock I'll pick some up and help somebody here out. But no guarantees I actually find anything, K-Mart is really hit-or-miss.
