It's still 4 figures per case. The toys r us by me has gotten in quite a few cases of the new MM's.

First case breakdown is

X1 proto suit bats
x1 harvey dent
x1 two-face
x1 jail cell joker

second case breadown is

X1 sonar bats
x1 scarecrow
x1 two-face
x1 jail cell joker

Four figures per case.

It has always been that way. In May of 2008 it was,

x2 Batman
x1 The Joker
x1 Gotham City Thug

or

x1 Batman
x1 Unmasked Chase
x1 The Joker
x1 Gotham City Thug

In July with Wave 2 there were,

x2 Begins Batman
x1 Joker
x1 Scarecrow

or

x1 Begins Batman
x1 Fear Toxin Ghoul Batman chase
x1 Joker
x1 Scarecrow

Then it started really getting mixed up like,

x1 The Joker
x1 Gotham City Thug
x1 Begins
x1 Scarecrow

or

x2 The Joker
x1 Batman
x1 Begins Batman

Now there are two cases,

Toys R Us Case A

x1 Arkham Asylum Scarecrow

Hey thanks for the info guys. I posted this right after a tru employee told me there were twelve in a box. I knew they were four per box previously.

Wish I would have seen the TRU availability before I ordered a Two Face...lol. Would have saved some. TRU offers free shipping too. As of 12:58cst TRU has Two Face, Harvey Dent, Survival suit Bruce Wayne and Jail cell Joker available online.

These two different case assortments TRU has. Is there anyway you know which is which without opening the boxes themselves?
