the problem with having multiple subscription is having to pay multiple shipping costs too. is there any way that subscribers can purchase multiple subscriptions (lets say 2 or 3) and not paying that individual shipping cost.

also, is the 2011 subscription going to be all in??? because your 2010 subscription just blows my mind, i mean how can you expect fans not liking Battle cat? and i think by now you know that there are a lot of completists out there. we love this line and the true fanbase are what's making this line alive. scalpers will be everywhere.

time to listen to your fans Scott. last month's Battle cat was an epic fail. and it is clear that the secondary market sellers are capitalizing on this line and overshadowing your true fanbase. make us count.

Listen to the fans?

Do you think a pink armor and weapons are mentioned in fan posts?

Or that the Grayskull stands should not longer be available unlike the DC stands?

Or that we get a Gy-Gor instead using the money for a Ram Man to support the core characters at the heroes faction?

And that many fans want that 200x swords for Keldor?

Let`s face it:

Besides many awesome figures, they produce some bizarre stuff nobody has asked for and we buy it...

What we will do is when we bring Moss Man back down the road, we'll go into production from the start on both flocked and non flocked ears 50/50 so their is plenty to go around!

Scott

Scott,

Will flocked ear Moss Man truly return, or will the flocked ear Moss Man wind up being like your "one-time only" stands in that he'll only return until you tell us a month from now that he's never coming back?

All this talk about "you should have got the subscription" and the replies "I can't afford a subscription" do not change anything, and will not change anything. Here is why:

How many have subscriptions currently, like myself, and still get hosed EVERY month because the subscription just gets you ONE of the figures. Nobody gives a rats *** about the subsciption figures. They have those guranteed. Its the ones you cant get through the subscriptions, my god, do they do drug testing at MATTY?

Do not use it as a crutch again, it is not a defense, its trying to pass the buck and changing the subject.

Did the subscription get me a flocked Moss Man? DONT THINK SO!

Did it get me a Battle Cat? NO!!

The on ething i cannot stand more than bas customer service and relations is IDIOTS trying to cover thier ASSES with excuses that do not make any since.

AMEN BROTHER!

exactly! is this how you treat your loyal subscribers? what's the point of having subscriptions if we can't get ALL figures. if you come up with all these BONUS figures which we subscribers couldn't even get. Battle cat, Flocked Moss man, etc.

Just more lip service as far as I'm concerned. I don't buy anything sight unseen and if you can't give me a good idea of what to expect for 2011 so I can weigh it based on who I want versus who I don't, I'm not doing the subscription. I can't commit that kind of money without knowing what I'm getting. I'm also done playing the 9am cluster-f. Good luck to you that want to stick it out. Maybe when reissues come around I'll see if I'm feeling lucky that morning, but I can't do this anymore.

Last month was at least understandable. I was fighting with the system and things still lasted a reasonable amount of time. I'll even concede that I should have had my MC account free of old addresses and CC info before hand. There was no chance today. On a 0859, WSOD til 0901, on and sold out. Ridiculous.

I for one hope that, when Moss Man is rereleased it is with flocked ears. I have a Subscription so I will already be getting the Non-Flocked ears, so I wanted to get one of the flocked ears. Took a day off of work to get it. Wasted day that was.

Nice to hear that when Moss man does eventually get re-released the flocked ears version will be made again. It doesn't fix the problems of today but it is the only good news i have heard.

Not buying that crap you posted Toyguru!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You didn't know it was gonna sell out in minutes???!!! When Mossy was the same production numbers as all of the previous figures in 2010!!!??? Come on dude...we're not stupid. We know the pattern here. This is so stupid...it stopped being funny when Adora sold out in minutes in Jan!!!!!!!!

Come on an DO something about this. You could have upped production on Mossman when Adora sold out in Jan. Plain and simple. Do your job for petes sake!! Its great that he will go back into production...which is pretty much standard by this point. If you did your job right the first time, these figures wouldn't have sold out in 5-10 minutes!!!! This sholdn't be happening...no reason fo it at all. Its been well over a year, and you know whatever MOTUC figures you make will sell out in days. Stop making the bare minimums to CYA's!!!! You knew most people even with the subs-that didn't have more than one sub would by at least 2 Trapjaws last month. And now with the two different versions of Mossman-YOU knew darn well tht most people would again try an get one of each version! When you mad the running change for the flocked/unflocked you should have upped production then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and not just 1,000 more. You need to make at least 8-10,000 more of these.

Guess the only way to actually light a fire under your butts would be to let the Mattel shareholders know they could be making double to triple the FIRST time around!!! Then maybe you guys would o your jobs right!!!!!!!

Thanks, Scott. I'll leave you alone now on the thread that I started. But, I gotta tell you in advance... keep those molds for Tytus in working order. By the sounds of everyone on the boards, and by the way sales have been going, you're certainly gonna need them... possibly sooner than Mid-2011.

Good or bad, keep up the work - and we'll all appreciate it, and you, more and more as the line progresses.
