King Randor Custom

Sorceress Custom (Classic Colors)

Lizard Man

This guy is very talented. He's got tons of customs on his site. Too bad he's not selling any of them.

Okay, today's my day for posting customs:

Fisto (made before the real figure was shown)

Frosta

Clamp Champ (made WAY before the staction was shown)

Angella

Randor (again, before the staction)

Keldor (before the exclusive was put out).

This lizard-man is very impressive
I love ram-maiden
What a pity about Jitsu's skin color because i prefer this custom to the " mongol warrior " staction .

Special mention for FAIRINA , it's the beautifulest figure in my opinion.

EXCELLENT WORKS "BRAVO"

Domo arigato Mr Roboto! He's fully articulated now with a magnetic chestplate and axe that was missing from the original one.

Nah, I much prefer the sleeker axe the 4H intended for him:

Time to chime in.. I only do Staction customs so here goes:

Here's the never released Kahn Staction, or at least my take on it.

Stratos repaint to match the Horsemens color scheme:

A comparison shot of my Stactionised Hiss and the original action figure:

A comparison between my stactionised Mekkaneck and the original figure:

A group shot of some Stactions with some repainted figures to illustrate how they fit in. This shot includes Merman.

I also have Skeletor, Ram-man, Man-e-faces and Beastman repainted to fit in the Staction line. I'll see if I can take some pics of those.

Still to come and allready in progress:
-Mossman Staction (with the Horsemen designed headsculpt and based on their prototype.)
-Hordetrooper Staction (inspired by Emiliano's design. I might do the Horsemen version one day)This one is almost done.
-Rattlor Staction, with the right proportions so he'll be about Tung Lashors height.

Still to come but in a very early stage:
-Scareglow Staction (based on Emiliano's design).
-Extendar Staction (based on Emiliano's design.

EDIT:

I thought it might be fun to include the mock up for my Hordetrooper:

And a 200x He-ro that I decided not to do anytime soon:

Eeker

Amazing work, Neo! I can't wait to see the rest of them, especially Extendar and Rattlor! I'm planing on repainting my 200x Beastman, but I haven't decided yet whether to go with the Horseman scheme or my own, lol..

I love what you've done with Stratos and the rest, but Merman is my favourite. Did you freshen up Stinkor's paint? It seems to be a bit more vibrant than mine..

Thanks man, I appreciate it. Smiler

The Stinkor is as he came out of the box. I don't repaint the Stactions since they are pretty much perfect imo.

You should do what feels best in regards to the 200x Beastman repaint. I chose the Horsemen colors since I want my Motu to be as official as possible. That's why I only do customs of existing designs. I only make up stuff when I have to. The trooper for instance was based on a drawing Emiliano did, but that was the only reference I had. So I had to design the back myself. Also I didn't want to do a 100% new sculpt for the Hordetrooper so I chose to use Snout Spout as a base.

Yes, I noticed you plan to use Snout body, but HOW are you gonna make the rest? Sculpt it yourself? Confused I haven't seen the vintage Horde trooper since I was a kid, so I don't remember how it looks in person, i.e. I can't judge if it can be used for this kind of custom.

the 4H paint scheme for Beastman doesn't seem completely logic to me, that's why I'm planning to do a mix - I'll probably stick with theirs, but change certain details. For example, I always thought those spikes om his armor are actually embedded dragon teeth,so I plan to paint them white/gray, etc.

How do u plan on tackling Extendar? Eeker If u plan to rely on Emiliano's drawing, that's gonna be one helluva task..u gonna use Roboto toy as a base?

I allready have the parts for the Trooper. There is a thread on he-man.org where you can find all the specifics on how I did it. You can also find Emiliano's drawing in that thread.

http://www.he-man.org/forums/b...ht=200x+hordetrooper

I am going to do Extendar much like I did my Hordetrooper, but I am not going to use a base. He'll be a 100% sculpt.

First I'll create his parts in my 3D software and print those in 3D. After that I'll put it all together with Epoxy sculpt..
