pretty much.

they were some of the last things to come out so fewer were produced.

like in all lines of toys, once the line starts to die, the newer stuff is less produced and eventually harder to find.

You can occasionally find them on eBay.

Mosquitor was there today for over $60.

Good luck on finding Jitsu with his pony tail still attached...many of them broke off while in the package.

Also, there was an issue with Jitsu's ponytail snapping off in package.

Now, this was a VERY easy fix with a bit of wire (which actually made it "articulated"!!!) but as I recall, a lot of fans were whining about it, some actually sent them back to the retailers, and retailers then sent them back to NECA as "unsellable"!!! Eeker

Not sure what happened to them at that point, but at the time, it seemed like that contributed to the scarcity.

As I recall, they went QUICK!

I don't get collectors sometimes . . .

And some of those are probably the same ones who had to rebuy Jitsu at a premium much later.

The Sorceress wave was the last one to actually show on pegs around here. Later waves never showed. Only way I got them was that I pre-ordered online.

I saw a loose Snout Spout staction for ten bucks at a comic shop the other day, but passed on it. I would love to find the stactions of Webstor, Leech, Battle Armor He-Man and Snake Face.
