It seems every member of the Upper Echelon of the Horde carried a crossbow. From Hordak himself all the way down to Mantenna. Matter of fact i think every member of The Horde had a projectile based weapon even the Horde Troopers stun rods. Modulok came with guns. So what are your opinions?? Any way i'm resetting this, i'd delete it if i could figure out how.
