I must say I was one of the people who ****ed and moaned about this figure when the official pics from Matty were released. I did however hold out hope that it was just a case of the pictures not doing the figure justice, and that is exactly the case here having just received mine in the mail today. This figure is way better then any of the pictures from Matty or the other sites have shown it to be. The head sculpt looks way better and even the body doesn't look as disproportionate as the pictures would make you think. This is a great figure and well worth the 60 bucks. So for anyone who has been scared away from this product based on the pictures released so far I'm telling you they come no where close to doing the figure justice and you should absolutely lay down the money for it if you were going to but decided not to based on the pictures.

Gozer the Traveler. He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!

Thanks cpm for saying that, I feel exactly the same way and followed suite with your Ask Matty post, I feel like the figure's quality is a secret and am saddened that most people don't know how good it really turned out!

Same here Freddie, it's AWESOME! Don't make the mistake of not buying one of these guys, I'm tempted to create a youtube video review just to promote it's awesomeness!

He is awesome! Great sculpt, awesome articulation and pack ins! Spot on costume color, design, etc. I'm so happy with this guy! Wish those Retro dudes would take note! Superman rocks!

I must wholeheartedly confirm the sentiments above. I received this figure and was blown away by it. the photos really deceive here. the colors are spot on, the head sculpt is not perfect, but very well done. the proportions are very close, nothing extreme here. That said, I'm sure the hot toys version will be even better, but probably not by too much. I wouldn't call this a budget 12" CR superman by a long shot.

The AFTimes.com review really made me think but your comments have made me think I should order him.
