I wish to file a formal complaint The MattyCollector site today YET AGAIN has had website server issues. I was logged into my account and ready to order 1 She-Ra, 1 Keldor and 1 Faker. It still showed them as comming soon at 12:05 pm EST. I called mattycollector customer service and got a customer service rep named Maria who told me the website was having problems and the figures were not available to order yet. I asked if she could place the order for me and she said sure. I told her 1 Faker, 1 she-Ra and 1 Keldor.

Maria had error messages and I don't know what she did but she ended up adding 6 fakers into my shopping cart. Then Maria's screen went down and she asked me to please call back. I finally get into my order page and see 6 fakers in my shopping cart and while trying to correct this and only order 1 faker I get the following three separate messages.

Now because of this in trying to fix one of your customer service reps mistake in my shopping cart I lost She-Ra & Keldor and it took me till 1pm EST to be able to order Faker due to constant websiter server error messages like the above. I called customer service again and got someone named james who was trying to be very helpful but he too was getting the site server error messages. I finally was able to correct my shopping cart and order only 1 Faker. Now since I lost She-Ra & Keldor due to website server problems and Maria's mishandeling of my order I want to know what MattyCollector is going to do to rectify this for me? I want 1 She-Ra & 1 Keldor I think it's only fair since it was your customer service rep who screwed up my shopping cart to begin with then your website imploded and the server error messages started comming.
