I logged in at 16.50 GMT then refreshed at 16.55

I was trapped on the white screen until 17.08 GMT
at this point the man sale page displayed only
She-Ra
Faker
Lobo
6" Peter Venkman
DCU wave 5

No Keldor was listed so processed an order for She-Ra, Faker and Venkamn
it took 6 min to get to the payment page and by this time She-Ra was sold out and i got an error and was BOOTED out of the sale, checkout cleared and LOGGED OUT

from the forums i found Keldor was still for sale and had to manually find his page
I placed and order for Keldor then at 17.20 and when i got past the checkout he was sold out
AGAIN i was booted and logged out

I tired then to by Faker and Venkman
and got a 503 server error at checkout
again booted out

Then i tried again to buy Venkman and Faker
and again 503 server error

then i tried to buy again and i didn' even get to checkout and got a server error

it took me untill 17.45 to actually place an order

WHY did it take so long in that queue at the start? when others on the forums logged in and placed orders while i was sat on it?

WHY did Keldor NOT APPEAR?! on the main sale page despite 4 refreshes after being told he was available?

why can't the server handle sales?

why despite upped production numbers was She-Ra sold out in 25 min?
