I had both these fools in my cart which took about 25 mins to finally refresh and get to the checkout...then it crashes and when i go back to checkout....cart is empty and they were sold out..Matty you suck..you owe me 2 figures..and please dont make it impossible to get exclusives at SDCC this year like it was last year. I swear your prob scheming and selling these guys on ebay for X amount..boo!

If you'd like to make a constructive comment then you're more than welcome to post it in the compliments/complaints section of the website here. You could also post a complaint on the Customer Service forum area as these comments go straight to Digital River themselves.
Posting it here though won't get much notice as we'll be paying attention to the compliments/complaints and website issues. I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with your order, but I can assure you that as a business, Mattel have no interest in fans 'missing out' on the toys, why would we want you to be angry? nor are there schemes to sell them on ebay, it just doesn't work that way. It might be an idea to copy and paste your post into one of the other threads, I hope you get the response you require. best wishes cat I am Cat-Ra hear me ROAAARRRR |
