My may figure arrived damaged. I just want to thank customer service for sorting out a replacement Optikk so quickly. a couple of months ago i was waiting 5 weeks for my figure to arrive, this month I recieved my initial order after about 10 days and then my replacement just over a week later. I'm delighted at how well this was handled.
Being an international customer I always worry that if my order isn't perfect I'm basically screwed (because I can't exactly affordably return them). This level of customer service on offer to international customers really does need commending. Thank you very much ------------ Bring back M.U.S.C.L.E Men! |
