I'm not much of a complainer, but with Battle-Cat I have had some issues and I want to voice them, so that you guys can try to do something for things like that not to happen again. I will contact Customer Service about my issues in the hopes of maybe working something out with them to get replacements, but I figured it'd be best to post it here first in order to do my part and point out what needs to be worked on for improving future releases of the figures... Which is why I think it's to be posted in the compliments/complaints forum rather than in the customer service forum.

Now here's the deal:

I gang-ordered Battle-Cat figures, and when I got my order I opened one - and found him horribly faulty: two left hind legs!! Didn't see that before opening the packaging - not that I wasn't attentive, but the parts were twisted in a way that it would still stretch into the position the packaging is made for and the paw was twisted to the front, so I didn't realize it.

Here's a picture of the unwrapped figure with two left hind legs:

Then I opened the other one that is to be seen on the picture above - and his neck articulation was so loose he couldn't even keep the head up without his mask, let alone wearing the mask!
I tried to get it to stay up by pulling it with the red rubber band you see on the picture, but it only took a few days until the rubber band tore and frankly it looked horrible anyway...

So I had to open yet another one, which turned out to be ok, not exactly tight articulation, but at least I could position him without him "dropping his head".

Lucky for me I had gang-ordered - but I had to tell one of my friends he'd only get 1 Battle-Cat from me instead of the two he wanted, since I had only ordered one spare figure, not two.
I had a serious bobble-head issue with my Battle-Cats. Frowner

Another figure, that I received faulty recently is the Hordak re-release figure: In his unopened packaging, his red bat-accessory is missing it's bottom-part:

As far as the Bat is concerned I wonder whether there are any spare parts available, that could be mailed for replacement... Anyway, I'll talk to the Customer Service about this. The only reason I didn't by now was lacking time. I will tomorrow.

Thank you for listening. I hope this helps improve future releases of Battle Cat.

Greetings from Germany,
edDy

Hi Evil Ed!

Thank you for your detailed feedback - we really appreciate the time and effort it took to pull this together.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your figures. I will be sure to pass this on to the rest of the team.

Thanks again, and have a great day!
