I've been trying to collect the MOTUC figures since they came out and things have gone for bad to extremely worse. I work professionally in the internet/web industry and the e-commerce services that DIGITAL RIVER is providing to Mattycollector.com is DEPLORABLE and EMBARRASSING.
Today I was unable to purchase a couple of figures due to the horrible server issues that plague the site. Having the figures in the shopping cart as soon as they were posted for sale and trying to check out for 25 minutes only to find that they were sold out while the order was processing for half an hour will make anyone extremely FRUSTRATED and ANGRY.
Thus, I'm writing this post for my own resolve and to inform anyone reading this that Mattycollector has lost a customer today (even though noone will really care). My time is far too valuable to waste on trying to give money to a company who obviously doesn't care about its fans and customers (just read the many posts on how people feel on the ordering process and the 10 figure limit).
So, please don't believe the BS that mattycollector is trying to push about blaming Digital River for the servers or that it's in the fans best interest to offer a 10 fig limit. Being a professional in the industry, I KNOW that they can hire a different company for their e-commerce or provide the services themselves if they really wanted to take care of their customers. And if they were wanting to help the fans of their products, they wouldn't feed the speculatory secondary market by letting individuals purchase 10 figures so that they can stick them on ebay which doesn't allow someone like me, who has jumped through all of their hoops, to purchase a single figure from them in months.
But I guess ebay does have an upside to all of this...it'll allow my to sell my entire collection of MOTUC figures so that I can wash my hands of this whole thing.

I will indeed close this thread but not because you don't have valid comments, but simply because we've repeatedly been asking people to use the same threads that are all over this board today, it makes it very hard to collect the data to pass onto head office if they're across 50 threads.

I'm going to repost this in the compliments and complaints thread as I feel that's where it should be as opposed to here.
