When at the grocery store shopping, and you get a jug of milk and all of a sudden thats the last milk in the whole store and you get to the register they don't jerk the milk out of your cart and say oh we are out of milk.
So why does that happen here, I've had this happen twice once back in Feb with the M-A-A Glitch which cost me both my Battle Cats which i systematically got charged for anyway and once again when i tried to get an extra Evil-Lyn when i went back to get a Weapons Pack. So my question is Why does this happen.
If i have something in my cart it should not be jerked out while i'm trying desperately to check out. And another matter that needs to be brought up is if your site crashes while a person is checking out their cards should not be charged if they do not receive their order which i didn't all the way back in Feb, it shows that it went through on here and it shows on my bank statement. When i tried to get this matter resolved all i received for my efforts was the same canned e-mail asking the same lame questions over and over again. Which i continued to give all the information requested each time with absolutely no headway made with getting my figures. Now here in june i have given up and realized that the 70 bucks for my Battle Cats and the overdraft fee i incurred due to being charged for said BC's will never be refunded so i wait for a re-issue and hope and pray that this time i get the figures i order.

I apologize for bringing this up now but as things continue the way they have and seem to continue to be it makes it harder and harder to not complain. Why, because even when we get our figures there is someone, somewhere who still missed out and is upset. As MOTU fans have proven over and over again this Brand and Mythos that is He-Man and The Masters of the Universe means alot to us. Thats why we continue to stand by this line even with all the hardships we face each month.

Mate, if you got charged and didn't recieve your figures you really should be writing letters to DR saying you'll be taking Court action. I don't know where you live, but companies in the UK are obligated to pay back monies if they don't have/can't supply the goods. It's the Distance Selling Regulation. I would imagine that the US has a similar rule, but I don't know for sure.

Get a letter off to DR asap! AND tell them that you'll be claiming for your overdraft fee as it was THEIR ****-up that made you incur the fee. Give them 14 days to pay back the money plus the overdraft fees. If they don't, write another letter giving another 14 days and tell them that, if they fail to pay, you'll be submitting Court papers without further notice.

As you can see the only unsubmitted order that went through your servers and my bank account was my Battle Cats. This happened due to both the Man-At-Arms glitch and your entire site crashing due to its inability to handle high volumes of traffic. Since DR chose to seemingly ignore this issue the site crashed once again yesterday so who knows how many Adult Collectors missed out or got wrongly charged for their orders yesterday also.

triklpsangryeye, I don't see where your original posts are and am sorry if you weren't responded to but we'll take care of this now.

If I understand correctly, you've been charged for items you never received. Is that right?

Eve i don't mean to be rude but noone helped me then, and i gave up. Now almost a year later the point is moot. I got a BC on CyberMonday and ill say this the condition i received him in is less than stellar however i did get my kitty so im going to just chalk everything up as a loss and grow and learn from it. I appreciate your time and concern but DR not necessarily Mattel mind you has failed miserably time and time again. With the exception of the one nice lady at DR who took my order on CyberMonday when i had to call Customer Service just to get my order through.

If he's damaged, you should absolutely get a replacement! Please do contact DR for the replacement and PM me if you don't get a timely response. Also, if you did get charged and never got your items, let's get that taken care of too, even if it was months ago.
