I'M GETTING CHARGED TWICE!!!

I placed my order and when I clicked to submit, it said I had no items in my cart. WTF? I checked my order history and it showed that no order had been made yet. Now it is showing my order has been made twice, same amount, but two different order numbers. What do I do? I cannot find a cancel button and there was only enough money in my bank account for 1 order, so now I'm going to overdraft.

Also try your bank and tell them what happened,perhaps they can just stop payment on one order.

I'm at work, so I cannot call the 1800 number. I'm just going to have to call my bank tomorrow and have them cancel the second charge and second order.

Well I decided to call them anyway and spoke to a lady who said she will put in a cancellation request, but there is no guarantee it will be cancelled. -_- Great, I can just see it now, she is going to accidentally cancel BOTH orders. I think I'll have less of a headache just calling my bank.

Not a problem, I will. I'm also a little mad because the guy I spoke to at my bank said that they cannot do anything, even when the money is refunded, that I will still be charged an overdraft fee. Mad

Well one order was cancelled and I got the confirmation for the other, so I think all is good now.
