Okay, I tried to visit the Matty home page, to get ready for the sale at noon. Okay. I've been waiting for fifteen minutes...without refreshing manually....and I've yet to see a single page display. WTF? I took an early lunch to be home by noon, but lo and behold, same sh*t different day when it comes to ordering. Can't wait to see if Plastic Man and Starro sell out before I can even see an item page.

Every experience purchasing at Matty is a new low.

Another five minutes, still can't see anything but a re-direct page. I see in the forum that other people are actually getting orders placed. God, I hate this store.

Okay, so after ANOTHER five minutes, I get the main screen. I just selected one of the two items I want to buy. At this rate, I won't have the order complete until 3pm or so. But here I sit, staring at your **** refresh screen, hoping.

Another five minutes, absolutely no progress. If I wasn't certain that both of the items I want would be sold out when I get home four hours from now, I'd stop wasting my time. I can't express just how lousy it is, having to deal with your store for items.

Waiting for 25 minutes for the item screen, then I submitted for quantity 1 of Orko. After waiting again I got the same page. I did this I think 5 or 6 times, emptying the cache in the meanwhile (but was useless). Finally, after ages, the system, magically, let me put this item in the cart. I went through the payment and when I was waiting for the final "congratulation" page(it's not "confirmation" after such an odyssey) do you know what? Server crashed going time out (but not before charging my credit card).
I mean, at which point of the story are you going to feel ashamed?
The shopping system (=Digital River) is simply light-years from what you need for your customers. WHY are you stubbornly keeping on insisting on that?
And overall, WHY you let people buy till 6 Orko in tha same order??!! You let down thousands of people!
