Hello,
from the bottom of my frustration, I do not know if my order was placed. I could go through the payment page and give the final confirmation. I waited until server went time out (crashed), but in the meanwhile my credit card was charged (got a message from my bank). So I refreshed the page, submitting order again, but this time my credit card was not charged and I got a red message warning me that there was an error and the action could not be permormed. At the moment I did not get any confirmation email from Matty's/Digital River. I would like to if order was placed and if it did not, please cancel the charge from my credit card. Please let me know something. thank you |

Same thing happened to me. Order now says unsubmitted. Just talked to Digital River and they tell me that they did not do an authorization on my card.
This is crazy since Hasbro can get this right. Digital River has issues every month but it is never addressed. Thankfully I did not place my subs for next year. Count me out! |
