This occurs every month when the site is busy: each time I get past the refresh screen I only have 5 seconds to complete the next stage of the ordering process.

This does not give me enough time to enter my email address & password, as when I try to type it in I get sent back to the white screen and i'm back to square one.

let me assure you that nothing will get done about it...this has been going on since June...the matty site, when trying to order product, is a complete fail! of course they will just blame our computers
