I really wish that last topic wasn't closed.

Nothing suggested helped.

Catra said to go to the order and select "cancel order".

Yeah, I already tried that before asking. There is no "cancel order" anywhere at all.

It won't let me cancel an order. I don't want a customer service help page either that will take days to get a response.

I need it cancelled immediately.

The money has already left my account. I really need it back.

Sorry Mint Condition.

If that didn't work then you'll have to give customer services a call or use the electronic form found in the customer services section. I'm afraid that's the only way to cancel the order.

The cancel order option only works if you go in right away within 10 minutes or so to cancel it. although I'm suprised the money has already left your account, usually it takes longer than that to clear.

Same thing happened to me. They canceled a few orders for me. I never got confirmation on the web site while ordering.

Ok,I called Mattycollector and got them to cancel the order.

Don't know how long it will take for the money to go back into my account though.

Part of me wishes I kept both orders so I could sell the other two on eBay, but alas I can't afford it even if it will just be a few days before I get the figures.
