My entire Order History is gone in my Matty Store account.
Now I can't check my order history and I'm afraid that this will affect my future purchase on the site. Just curios if anyone else is having this issue?

In the meantime, if you are worried about the status of your order, please call CS at 877-GO-MATTY, and they should be able to assist you.

My Order History has disappeared, too. It lists, "No Orders were found." I know I've ordered more than a dozen times before.

Yes, we're definitely hearing more of these complaints. The good news is that the missing order history does seem to come back after awhile, but yeah, it's not ideal.

I'll have technical services look into.

The Order history seems to be doing the Orko Vanishing trick once again... Just to let y'all know.

now it also happend to my account - my order history is gone and i've ordered a lot during the last months. i'm a bit confused because i've a current order runnig - so hopefully it will re-appear again.
