Matty fans,

Wow! What a morning it was on MattyCollector.com. We knew Trap Jaw was going to go fast, and we had high hopes for Battlecat even though he was a $30.00 item. But man, even the stands sold out. You guys are amazing fans and this type of dedication and support will only help us to make more skus and more amazing MOTUC product.

The good news is both Trap Jaw and Battle Cat are offically going back into production. So if you missed out, never fear, they will be back sooner rather then later.

Things are looking really great for future MOTUC figures. But as always, we do encourage fans to sign up for the annual club Eternia subscription. The 2011 sub will go on sale in July/Aug and it looks like we are leaning towards including all the skus, both monthly figs, quarterly figs and large scale figs in the 2011 subscription, so that should help everyone out!

Yestersay's Q & A finally went out a few minutes ago, so check out your favorite fan sites and then head back here to the Matty forums to discuss with Mattel Brand Managers and designers!

Gee, really.
Will they be relesed on the 15 with another figure thereby causing an issue with the check out process?

I'd rather see an e-mail with some kind of pre order / priotiy order for the members who had issues. At least you guys tried with the coupon, but your web guys need to exterminate the bugs first.

Here's hoping the site actually stays up on the next run.

Thanks for helping out ebay sellers and kicking actual fans up the butt.

What about our coupons? Will you punish those subscribers with non-redeemed coupons simply because they were unable to use them?

Great. I'm sure you'll under-produce once again and when they sell-out in under half an hour you'll go "wow, that was fast! Thank you for all your support!" and go back to patting yourselves on the back while angry people across the internet are wielding pitchforks.

Ha, I just realized this also applies just as well to what's going to happen on the 15th of March and April.

Way to get in there and get a message out quick, TG! I think you did the right thing.

I still can't help but, feel like Mattel isn't addressing the real problem here though. This needs to stop happening. Fast sell outs have been going on too long and are only getting worse. A lot of people are getting frustrated. Some are quitting the line. Will you please consider increasing production, especially on popular figures. If you don't increase production then maybe lower buying limits.

Ordering MOTUC should not be this frustrating and Mattel's should fix problems that have been lingering around since the second month of this line. Subscriptions aren't the answer either since no one can get it for this year anymore and they don't cover 'bonus' figures.

Why not try addressing the issues at hand rather than ignoring them. Your arrogance and Mattel's is absolutely disheartening.

Can we use our $8 coupon that we didn't get to use today because our orders are "unsubmitted" due to the errors from your website?

You know...the website that is supposed to have "all the bugs worked out of it by now"?
