Wow. What's great is that guy admitted to not being around until 1:30pm, haha. Um, dude, have you been under a rock? It surprises him that TJ and BC were sold out within a half hour?! While it is completely ridiculous that it happened, it's not a surprise to most of us.

yeah but I think he is proving a point everyone knew this would sell out he says that in the video but the point he made was mattel is helping the ebayers more then the real fans and he does want it to go unseen plus he is one of the top figure guys on youtube

Sorry, I feel for yall with the web glitches, that's uncool, but this guy, I have no sympthay. He leaves for 2 hours, he snoozes he loses....

Okay, I'm wrong...I just finished watching the video, this was a joke right? This guy was really not this mad about a toy right? It's gotta be a joke....

nope its real but I think he gets paid from his toy reviews from bbts but he also said at a live show he tried to order from his ipod and called a friend to get him to order it says that on the video lol didnt you see that

I do feel bad for the guy. BUT if he was as hardcore as he seems to be about getting these he should know to be on the page the second these things are available.

He said he wanted one REALLY REALLY BAD, yet he showed up an hour and a half after the sale began. If history were to repeat itself from the past few months you'd think being on and ready and not taking a lunch break would be better assurance to get what you wanted before it sold out.

STILL though.... These things shouldn't sell out in mere minutes.

You know if you guys just stopped this Online sales only crap and put thse things in brick and mortar stores where toys belong this kind of crap wouldn't be an issie.

Oh wait, I forgot judging by your mishandling of the DC lines too you can't even do that right. Roll Eyes

You could put them right next to all those WWE figures (that you actually managed to distribute properly) that no one is buying. Wink

Speaking as a DC collector I say welcome to our world guys, this happens to us all the time.

This is ridiculous. The line has been out for over a year and they still can't get this right. The subscription is too vague for me. And now that it's including figures from lines I might not want, including oversized figures, It's too big of a commitment. I'm interested in She-Ra but not all she-ra figures. I'm not interested in any of the New Adventures figures. To me those lines are just leeching off of the MOTU line. We had enough trouble releasing figures from the 200X series. I'm afraid characters like Mol-ar, Optik and Gy-gor are horrible fillers for other MOTU figures. They could've made Ram-man, Man-e-faces, spikor. We're missing out on a lot of great figures. Anyway I doubt anyone will read this so I'll shut up now.( Madboooooo!)

YOU IDIOTS, you're alienating your hardcore base thinking this is going to make us want the product more? are you insane, this is making so many people turn away in droves! Hhahahah, you deserve to go out of business and we'll do everything in our power to make sure mattycollector fails, you deserve it.

Toyguru

I order for myself and a couple other local collectors to save on shipping. I attempted to get 2 TJ and 4 BC this morning (in addition to 1 MAA which appears to have caused the problem and 10 packs of stands). If you really want to make this up to me, let me pre-order those figures and apply the coupon to the battlecat as I should have been able to this morning. Don't make me have to fight again like this to get them when they are re-released.

If you were truly a stand up company you'd come in here and freely admit how poorly everything was handled--the computer glitches, the low production on probably two of the year's most wanted figures and one of which was easily a 2 figure purchase due to the alternate Kronis figure you could create.

For a company that has been in business for as long as Mattel to so poorly handle things from distribution, QC, SDCC exclusives like Gleek or the MOTUC one from SDCC 2010 where even Toy Guru freely admited in recent interview most fans will want both the SDCC version and Matty version--is absolutely astonishing and if I was in charge I'd be embarrassed.

To be fair, its not his fault. Mattel is so massive, there can be no pinpoint. But then again his job IS to be the face of Mattel when they bend us over a table as we softly weep.
I'm sure we will get the "Digital River policy"...blahblah response. But he has to, its his job. When he can just talk about toys, its fun, but when it comes to customer service, Mattel adopts the same policy as most companies BSE: Blame Someone Else

Frustrating, waiting for battle cat this long and it's taken right out of my cart. You should carry quanity and stop the new adventures of heman figures it wasnt a good show off of the original anyway. p.s. I agree with bizzysim3 stick with the original he-man line.

I understand the frustration here, but why is it that as each month comes and goes, more and more people are complaining ? I'll admit having a bit of trouble with ordering this time around, but have successfully ordered for the past few months! I missed out on Trap Jaw, simply because of the MAA debacle! Seriously, why is it so difficult for some collectors orders to be processed ? ****, some of the orgers have been doing this for quite some time now! Somehow see this line will end sooner rather than later, and doubt it is because of the quality and production of figures! Mad
