By including even more items in the subscription they're trying to ram down our throats they'll sell even less subscriptions due to the increased price, then use the number of subscriptions sold as a reason to produce less figures, resulting in even faster sell-outs and more anger and resentment.

MattyCollector/Mattel, I respectfully ask for the following:
1. That you allow subscribers the opportunity to redeem their BattleCat Coupon. 2. That the re-issues are identical to the 1st; no distinction in packaging. 3. Provide a TBD for the re-issues. 4. Allow subscribers priority to purchase 5. Allow subscribers to prepay all the large figures into their subscriptions. 6. Digital River...I don't even know what to suggest here...it seems this project is too big for their britches. |

I'm sorry Toyguru...this is not good enough. What about an apology or acknowledgment of an issue with your site and how its infrastructure is completely flawed. According to another fan, we all now have to call our CC's to make sure we weren't charged each time we hit submit to process the order b/c of server time outs. Why would I ever buy a 2011 subsciption when the 2010 one has brought me nothing but heartache every mid month like clockwork?!! Say something...

Please make it that if we get to the checkout stage and the item is out of stock that we can remove it there rather than going back to square one especially if the servers are jammed packed. thank you for saying that they are coming back, will help some people out. me for one!

1) Battle Cat and the stands and Trap Jaw need to be back within the next couple months without packaging changes or anything.
2) Since you and your website screwed people over, like me who sat in front of the computer for 40 straight minutes trying to order, you still need to honor the $8 off coupon codes when Battle Cat is re-released. 3) It's been a year and your site is actually continuing to get worse. You guys don't even deserve half the fans you have. You shouldn't be posting exciting positive messages right now; you should be posting apologies to all the fans and loyal patrons you screwed over today. Take a look around you, probably 10% of your fans are happy today, at best. |

mattel needs to increase production!!! There is a lot of people who came and is still coming to collect this line after the subscription was sold. You just can't sell subscription for few weeks a year and think that it's the number of collectors for all year. This hole year 2010 is going to be ****, if you don't increase production numbers!
