That's nice but I hope in the rush to get them back out they turn out as poorly painted as the Skeletor re-issue from the second shipment. Also please up the production on future figs esp Evil-Lyn and She-Ra.

Toyguru, please address the website issues, we are pleased with the reiussues but pleeaaase address the problems and multiple glitches on the website! There are multiple stories of people adding items in their carts and trying to pay for them when everything just empties out and they end up with nothing! (That's including me!)

Screw you Toyguru... I quit your stupid misplanned, have to play games, incompetent sales toyline. While you promise to fix things every month. I'm sure I don't matter and there's some other over eager fan to fill the space. Thanks for taking advantage of my loyalty.

They should adjust the subs now, we're only 2 months in, 3 if you count next month.

I'm with you all, brothers and sisters. To those reselling on the second market-hang your head in shame, scum.

Although this all sucks, here's hoping this re-release is handled properly. Here's hoping, dammit.

"...Things are looking really great for future MOTUC figures. But as always, we do encourage fans to sign up for the annual club Eternia subscription..."

Toyguru - I have a good problem. Every month you guys put out some amazing figures, so I am either getting extras, getting re-issues, or getting bonus figures. Its actually more beneficial in the long run to NOT be a subscriber if you consider all the wasted money in extra shipping. Can we PLEASE look into ways customers could amend our monthly subscription with additional product as not to incur an extra shipping charge each month?

How was this at all a surprise?

Do you not remember everyone expressing great surprise that Battle Cat would be as CHEAP as $30?

Do you not remember last summer, being badgered by the fans for Battle Cat not being guaranteed in the subscription?

Do you not remember this thread?

Why does it seem like you guys were the only ones not expecting Battle Cat to fly out the door?

The 2011 sub will go on sale in July/Aug and it looks like we are leaning towards including all the skus, both monthly figs, quarterly figs and large scale figs in the 2011 subscription, so that should help everyone out!

Everyone? Really?
Everyone at Mattel, maybe. Razzer

Until you increase production to satisfy demand, no version of the subscription will help "everyone".

Not all fans are able to afford the annual $460 (low end estimate) + shipping to spend on MOTUC, you know.

I'm going to start mailing my original MOTU figures to myself so I can keep my interest up and have a "new" toy in my mailbox each month.

I still don't want to commit to several figures I don't want to ensure I get the actual few I do. This is still not an acceptable option. It's the 21st century but looking at DR you wouldn't know it.

The 2010 subs went out when things were hard to get but not impossible. I manged to pull off Merman on the first release. Now at the last second you decide that 2-weeks is too long to sellout and your shifting focus solely to the subscribers and ignoring everyone else. Things like this would have been great to know back when the 2010 subs were being offered.

Just continue to blow smoke up our butts, Toy Guru. I know your the messenger but you put out Mattel's drivel with such glee. Whatever, Mattel has been saying things with no intent to make changes for years. DCUC is still hard to get in stores, crappy WM exclusives still exist and MOTUC will always be a pain in the rump to acquire...

Im guessing/hoping we can still use them on the re-releases

I would like an official answer for this as well.

Matty, please do not make MOTUC Spirit/Swift Wind pink!

MOTUC Mantisaur - Hordak needs his steed, too.

Fellow He-Fans and She-Ravers - please show support for MOTUC Vehicles and Playsets.

Seriously Scott? That's how you address this debacle this morning? Not a word about the Man-At-Arms glitch that forced MANY folks back into their cart to find out what was "sold out" when in actuality he wasn't even sold out... but while you were busy doing that, Trap Jaw sells out and then Battle Cat.

I myself had to remove MAA to get my full order in (barely) and then had to go back in and order MAA separately (thus negating the value of my 1 coupon).

Seriously, this answer is BS and is a slap in the face to the fans that dealt with this frustration today. I guess it's just one more way you've ignore the fans and the problems though.
