I ordered a Hurricane figure from wwe shopzone last week, it arrived today and when i opened that bad boy up i was shocked to find that the wrist pin in his right wrist is missing and his hand has been superglued to the peg, to quote the man himself "WASSUPWITDAT?!?"

anyways i contacted shopzone about the problem and tried to find a contact link on the main mattel page but couldn't find one and here we are

A glued peg? Definitely not acceptable. We'd appreciate it if you give our customer service a call at 800-524-8697 so you can explain the problem and they can get it officially tracked in our quality assurance systems. But for handling the actual return, you can go directly through the retailer.

i got an email from shopzone today saing they are sending me a new one at no cost and i don't even have to send the broken one back...surprising
