i finally found iron bert yesterday, the first new engine ive bought locally for about a year. he has a huge paint blemish on the side, which is a real shame. i also saw on ebay theres new colored track and even glow in the dark. while im a real purist, it is kool to see new ideas being used.

one thing i beg of you, mattel, is lift the store exclusive bit and give the worldwide collectors a chance without paying mega bux on ebay. theres thousands of kids here in new zealand who adore thomas and started on the trackmaster range when tomy blue track was canned, only to have to stop. do the right thing and re open the flood gates worldwide.
